রিটার্ন পলিসি:
যে সকল কারণে পন্যটি রিটার্ন দিতে পারবেন :
>> বিজ্ঞাপনের সাথে যদি ডেলিভারীকৃত পণ্যটির মিল না থাকে।
>> ডেলিভারি কৃত পণ্যটি যদি ওজনে কম থাকে ।
>> ডেলিভারি কৃত পণ্যটি ভাঙ্গা, ফাটা বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে ।
>> ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হলে ।
>> পণ্যটির গুণগত মান যদি সন্তোষজনক না হয় ।
রিফান্ড পলিসি :
>> পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অক্ষত ,অব্যবহৃত ,পরিষ্কার এবং ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকতে হবে ।
>> পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই চালান , মূল ট্যাগ , ব্যবহারকারীর মেনুয়াল ইত্যাদি আনুষাঙ্গিক যুক্ত থাকতে হবে ।
>> যেই প্যাকেজে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়েছে তা পণ্যটির সাথে ফেরত দিতে হবে ।
>> অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার রিটার্ন প্যাকেজে ডেলিভারীকৃত পণ্যটির ট্রাকিং নম্বর এবং অর্ডার নম্বরটি উল্লেখ রাখবেন ।
ক্রেতা যেভাবে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিবেন :
নিম্ন বর্ণিত মাধ্যমগুলো ব্যবহার করে , নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এর মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন এবং নতুন পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধির কাছ থেকে গ্রহণ করুন ।

যেভাবে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে :
>> ফেরতকৃত পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর তিন থেকে পাঁচ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে । এক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে পণ্যটির সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য আপনাকে ফেরত দেয়া হবে। ইনশাআল্লাহ
>> অথবা আপনি চাইলে প্রথমে যেই পণ্যটি অর্ডার করেছেন ঠিক তার নতুন একটি পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে আপনার কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে ।
